I felt comfortable right away and knew I was in very skilled hands with Pam (which is often not the norm when going to a new place). She asked questions, really listened and then worked her magic. I recently learned I have alopecia and my hair is no longer 'what I knew'. Pamela was amazing. She did her magic on my color to match a hair topper, she gave me a haircut that I love (even without the hairpiece), and she spent as much time as was needed (hours!).
